To Achieve this pose you need to shift all your weight to one leg, bring your right knee up to your chest and grab your ankle, and rest your foot on your thigh.
It may be hard to maintain your balance at first but just keep trying and you will find it. If you do this pose correctly, you will find that your lower abs will begin to tighten and become uncomfortable after a few minutes, continue to hold the pose.
